The Basics…

What sets us apart most from other venues is: our room fee is based on how many guests you have. $10/person is the room fee and includes: tables & chairs (of course ;) ) table linens, cloth napkins in your color choice, chair covers, setup, takedown, bar, bartenders, LED downlighting in your color choice, curtaining and chandeliers as seen in pictures ( pretty much everything except centerpieces). No minimums on food or beverage. Start time is 10AM, end is 11PM, all other timeframes up to you.

Bar staff is included, and bulk options re available for the bar (but all based on consumption, as that is what we think is most fair for you).

Private riverfront patio included. Private parking included. And only 1 event here per day, so you get all of our attention.

We do the catering in our room. Plated & buffet options (and apps and late-night of course). We ALSO do off-site catering (email for details).

As you can see from pics, we do ceremonies here on our private riverfront patio. Ceremonies max seating 250. Rain site, bridal suite, rehearsal space night before, chairs all included in flat ceremony fee.
